Instructions to fill the abstract template
Page 1: Select your type of presentation, subject area(s), and role (details below).
- Type of presentation: We have limited slots for contributed talks and posters. Please indicate your preference. Note that some submissions requesting a talk may be offered a poster instead.
- Subject area: The workshop will include sessions focused on different subject areas. Please select up to two subject areas to help us place your abstract in an appropriate session.
- Financial support for students: Depending on available funding, we may be able to provide limited financial support for students (e.g., waiver of the registration fee). Tick the box if you wish to be considered. If you select this option, we will request further details once funding is confirmed. This support is intended to genuinely assist students in need. If you have access to a research grant or other funding, please do not apply so that support can go to those most in need. Preference may be given to candidates from low-income countries or under-represented backgrounds.
Page 2: Enter the text of your abstract. Please follow the formatting guidelines provided in the template.
