Visa and Electronic Travel Authorization

International participants travelling to the United Kingdom to attend the workshop may be required to obtain a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) prior to arrival, depending on their citizenship.

Visa

Visa applications can usually be submitted up to three months before travel, subject to individual circumstances and nationality. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, applicants are advised to consult the official UK Home Office website. Click link

We also recommend checking the specific procedures in your country of residence, as visa appointment availability and waiting times may vary by country.

The Organising Committee is happy to provide supporting invitation letters for participants who require a visa. These letters will be issued after completion of the registration process, which is expected to conclude in February.

Please note that the Organising Committee cannot assist with the visa application process, as requirements and procedures vary by individual case. Furthermore, visa decisions are made solely by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), and we are unable to influence the outcome in any way.

Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA)

Visitors who are permitted to enter the UK for a short stay without a visa must apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before travelling. Check the link  to view the list of nationalities who can apply for an ETA.

The instructions on how to apply for an ETA are available through the official UK government websites, see link
