Oxford has strict traffic controls and very limited city-centre parking.

π Arriving in Oxford
- Oxford has a main railway station (Oxford Station) with frequent trains from London Paddington and other UK cities.
- From the station, most central locations can be reached on foot, by bus, taxi, or bike.
Getting to Clarendon Laboratory from within Oxford
Once you arrive in Oxford, Clarendon Laboratory can be reached easily by walking, bus, or bicycle:

- From the city centre / High Street:
Clarendon Laboratory is a 10β15 minute walk via Parks Road or South Parks Road. - From North Oxford (Summertown, Jericho):
Take a direct bus towards the city centre (e.g. routes S5, 2, 6) and get off near South Parks Road / Parks Road. The laboratory is a short walk from the bus stop. - From East or South Oxford:
Take a bus to the High Street or city centre, then walk 10β15 minutes to the Science Area. - By bicycle:
Oxford is very cycle-friendly, and cycling is often the fastest option. Bicycle parking is available near Clarendon Laboratory.
Walking or cycling is usually the quickest way to travel within central Oxford.
