Getting to Clarendon Laboratory from within Oxford

Once you arrive in Oxford, Clarendon Laboratory can be reached easily by walking, bus, or bicycle:

  • From the city centre / High Street:
    Clarendon Laboratory is a
    10–15 minute walk via Parks Road or South Parks Road.
  • From North Oxford (Summertown, Jericho):
    Take a
    direct bus towards the city centre (e.g. routes S5, 2, 6) and get off near South Parks Road / Parks Road. The laboratory is a short walk from the bus stop.
  • From East or South Oxford:
    Take a bus to the
    High Street or city centre, then walk 10–15 minutes to the Science Area.
  • By bicycle:
    Oxford is very cycle-friendly, and cycling is often the fastest option.
    Bicycle parking is available near Clarendon Laboratory.

Walking or cycling is usually the quickest way to travel within central Oxford.
